Is It Time for a Reiki Treatment?

If you are like most people, we tend to put our self-care on the back burner in order to work, care for those around us and tend to all our responsibilities. We put all these things at the top of our priority list and over time, our bodies get out of whack with aches, pains and symptoms. Our minds begin screaming at us for some relief and then we begin looking for solutions. We talk to people, go online to research, and see our doctors. But often opinions, recommendations and what might work for other people doesn’t resonate with us. That makes things pretty confusing. We find ourselves tapped out of energy with little to no motivation to tend to our self-care. We want to take care of ourselves but are unsure how best to do that.

That’s when to consider Reiki. You see, Reiki is “guided life-force energy” and it knows what to do to support your wellbeing. You don’t have to have a clue about how to help yourself except to make that appointment for Reiki and to show up. Amazingly, a Reiki practitioner doesn’t have to know what you’ve been going through in order to help you, either. Through simply allowing the Reiki energy to flow in and around you, it just works…It knows exactly where to go and what to do without our interference. And remarkably, your body responds on all levels because this energy we call Reiki is already a part of you because you are a living being. There is really nothing at all foreign about Reiki, except possibly experiencing your first Reiki treatment.

Generally, a Reiki session lasts 30 – 50 minutes in length, you simply lay on a massage table, relax and be willing to accept better for yourself. This can include feeling physically and emotionally better, getting better sleep that allows your body to naturally repair itself, experiencing better mental clarity, handling stress in better ways, having a better outlook and attitude toward life, chronic pain, anxiety, feeling run down or overwhelmed, recovery from chemotherapy or other medical procedures, or maybe you simply want to feel better, the list goes on. Reiki helps because that’s what Reiki does. All by itself.

Of course, Reiki does not replace seeing a healthcare professional for diagnosis and treatment but works in tandem with traditional care to support your improvement, healing and wellbeing. You deserve to feel the best you possibly can, today and every day.

Visit the Reiki page on the website and schedule a treatment today, you won’t regret it! Be sure to check for a blog post coming soon to catch a behind the scenes glimpse of what happens during a Reiki treatment!
