Lunchtime Flow

Restore Flow

A class focusing on deeply stretching the muscles and releasing the tension from the day. Melt away your stress and nurture your soul. Progress in your yoga practice doesn’t always occur by “doing”.

An equally important aspect of yoga practice is the ability to let go, to not control, to experience what is without interfering. Recharge your energy reserves and heal the effects of stress, bringing about conscious relaxation.  Beneficial for all levels of practice and experience.

Slow Flow

This class is appropriate for the beginner student as well as the seasoned yogi who would like to slow down their pace. We take time moving in and out of the poses and also take time to look inward and feel the benefits of each pose. Verbal instructions and modifications are offered to encourage the student to work at their own level. This is an all levels class. Leave feeling energized and stress free.

Yoga for a Healthy Back

This class focuses on balancing strength and flexibility in the back and hips to alleviate discomfort and create greater balance and ease in the body. Practice is slow with an emphasis on connecting breath and body.  Appropriate for all levels including beginners.

Yin Flow

An all levels class that begins with Yin poses to open the body followed by a slow flow Vinyasa. A perfect combination of Yin & Yang to keep you balanced!

Yin Yoga

Our bodies need active movement, but for optimum flexibility and health they also need the unique opening that only yin yoga can provide. Practice long-held, seated poses to open the deeper tissues of the body; connective tissue, joints and ligaments.

Students are offered an opportunity to surrender, slow down and come back to balance. The Yin practice offers mental and emotional benefits as you become quiet, still and mindful of the present.

This class is appropriate for all levels and though some refer to it as passive yoga the challenge is in embracing the stillness. A great class for athletes or anyone wishing to balance the activity of their lives.

Yoga Nidra

Experience the powerful practice that induces a complete state of physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.  Begin with some gentle yogic movement and then settle down for the guided imagery and body centric meditation of Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra is yogic sleep; a practice that allows you sink into total relaxation even as you remain aware and open to your own intuitive guidance. This practice is accessible for those with any level of yoga or meditation experience. Dress as you would for a yoga class, but be sure to include a layer for warmth, including cozy socks.

Yoga Sculpt

Combines the benefits of traditional yoga poses with weight training.  Using light weights (3 to 5 pounds) and slow breath controlled movements this class will increase strength and flexibility, improve lean muscle mass and calm the mind.

This class is perfect for students who are looking for a new challenge in their yoga practice, and for those who would like to add more muscle tone to their bodies.  Class will consist of sets of poses using weights alternated with Sun Salutations to keep the body warm.
