Class Card Policy
Class Cards are NOT mailed and will be kept on file in the studio.
Class Cards are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you have purchased your class card via Paypal the expiration date is calculated from the date of first use.
Please note the duration of time your card is valid as we cannot give credit for expired classes.
We cannot offer refunds for unused classes and do not offer extensions; however exceptions may be made on a per-case basis at the discretion of the studio management due to health or personal emergencies.
6 and 12 class cards are valid for 6 months from the date of first use.
New Student class card is valid for 14 days only and the Monthly Unlimited class card is valid for 30 days only.
