Etiquette & Reminders

Please place shoes on the shoe rack or mat in the lobby or in the cubbies in the Studio.

Please keep personal belongings off the practice floor.
There are cubbies and shelves to place your phones, keys, wallets, purses, etc. This is to maximize floor space and for your safety and the safety of your fellow students. Stepping on personal items barefoot is no fun.

Speaking of phones…please store your phone on silent with your belongings on the shelves, we are on our phones enough throughout the day, they are a distraction in class and it’s disrespectful to your teacher and fellow students to be on it.

If there is an emergency and you need your phone with you for some reason, please let the teacher know.

Please be mindful of those around you. Honor fellow students who are seeking a peaceful setting for meditation or centering by using a low voice prior to class starting and keep any talking to a minimum during class.

Class cards have an expiration….monthly unlimited cards are good for 30 consecutive days, 3 month unlimited cards are good for 3 consecutive months, and 6 & 12 class cards have a 6 month expiration from the date of first use.
