Please note: If you have a current class card it will be frozen from June 1st to August 31st and you may use your remaining classes within the allotted time beginning Sept. 1st. We cannot process refunds, transfers or extensions on the Summer Special Class Pass. Includes all regular classes on the schedule. Does not include workshops or Beginner series.

A slow flow hatha yoga class focusing on deeply stretching the muscles and releasing the tension from the day. Melt away your stress and nurture your soul. Progress in your yoga practice doesn't always occur by "doing". An equally important aspect of yoga practice is the ability to let go, to not control, to experience what is without interfering. Recharge your energy reserves and heal the effects of stress, bringing about conscious relaxation. Beneficial for all levels of practice and experience.

Start your weekend with a Kripalu-style yoga class.
The class will include yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation. Kripalu yoga encourages self-compassion in a supportive environment, whether you choose to make the class gentle or challenging, through breathing, relaxing, feeling, watching, and allowing. Great for both beginners and experienced students - all are welcome to enjoy an evening of movement and inspiration.
4-Week Kids Yoga Series with Raquel

Recommended for ages 9 - 12
Yoga helps kids get in touch with their bodies, strengthen and relax their muscles, and develop coordination, focus, and confidence. We will practice imaginative kid-style asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing) in a playful, supportive, and safe environment.
